Recently heard that Kraft is putting off negotiations until June, which makes sense- let's wait on the Joint Council's decision- I know Kraft does not want to be tainted by the election fraud/collusion of "Team Markwitz". Besides RTTF has the support of the members there and that Eric guy does his homework, it would be a real negotiation- Team Markwitz would say "Happy fishing" and leave you with a capsizing boat. The Blue Team will straighten out the Bracket-8 situation.

It is true, negotiations are off 'til June. It gives the zombie stewards like Donnie, Barb, Deb, Tony and Lee more time to focus on solidifying their "collective stupid"! These folks are not even in the bargaining ballpark........they settle, not bargain. I can assure anyone reading this that if the RTTF slate wins, names like those above will never see another second at a negotiations table, a new air of absolute professionalism will be noticed and a solid union mindset introduced right down to the newest member. No more collusion, no more Kraft contracts negotiated at bars, no more putting off 400+ people as second rate hillbillys and management will learn to abide by a contract that they agreed to!!! Remember this post............I'M NOT F'N AROUND!!! RTTF team brothers and sisters are SOLID and their are people ID'd at Kraft to pickup and cleanup the damage Emrich and his zombie stewards have created. Solidarity my brothers and sisters!!!!! You will see it soon

At this rate Tool might get around to signing the contract, it will be 2017 or 2018 before they have anything in writing. Don't forget, you don't hold Tool to promises, you shut the F up, genuflect, and sing "Amazing Grace". Your eternal vote is a small favor to ask for the bountiful riches he can negotiate for you, but right now suck the low wages up, O ye of little faith. If you deny/defy Tool in front of mere mortals, Tool will deny you an arbitration. That's how the dream goes, what Tool hears when he wakes up alone in an empty bed, he's really hearing "Denied, denied, denied,...".
If I were working for Kraft, I'd start PRAYING, you have nothing to lose with "Team Markwitz" negotiating, those guys couldn't run my daughter's 50c lemonade stand.

If anyone at Kraft Foods, needs anything or just wants to vent or ask questions don't hesitate to ask, and Eric if you're following this board, whatever you need we are behind all of you up here at Wegmans, Greece Central, UPS, Upstate Milk, and a bunch of other barns. Stand Up, Stand Strong, and Stand United Brothers and Sisters, we are all fed up with the negativity from our executive board, being told, "shut up", "that has no merit", "good luck with that grievance", "we're not even going to entertain that", "you have to get along with management" I could post all day the crap and negativity we are sick and tired of hearing from the new Executive Board! Stay strong a change is coming, and they know it!

At break, we passed along the message. Many of us here are very thankful that folks at other Teamster associated work places are supportive. During all my years here at Kraft, I never knew how many other places Local 118 was involved with. When that large group came to Peppermints to meet us, it was so nice to know we finally have people who care. There are many here who are grateful for how vocal Eric is. Because of his efforts, a large group of us know with a proper re-election, the removal of very improper stewards and training for new stewards, Kraft can be restored to a fine place to work while keeping the company profitable. Keep plugging along RTTF! Many at Kraft did vote for you all. (Eric gave us the Labor papers that fully explained the FRAUD) And now that many more know that the election was a scam and Emrich is delaying our negotiations, I'm sure more will jump on board. I'm hearing that our stewards are not really negotiating but more like "settling" and our raises will not be great. I hope you all can get an election and get in office before Emrich and his stewards ruin us again. Myself and 3 other "Cool-Whippers" thank you all!!!!!

You're very welcome Frosty Whipper. I agree Eric is s great person to get info from, I worked with him here at Wegmans. He's a very knowledgeable person to talk to and definitely knows a lot about labor law and contract language. There are approximately 88 barns that make up our 4200 member Local, and you'd be surprised at how many are on this site. This site is a great tool to get in contact with a lot of your Brothers and Sisters, and it keeps growing daily. It was great meeting a lot of you personally at Peppermints and the bowling alley, I was the one that brought the Union Steward Folders. After being introduced to so many of you, it became clear to me, that you all are facing so many of the same issues and problems that we encounter up here daily. On the other hand it's refreshing to see and hear that some many members are getting fed up with it and are starting to speak out, which I think is great, because this Union wouldn't exist without all of us, the members. Remember, it's your Union.

The highlight of listening and learning from Eric was watching him make a steward (Lee Vanhoven) cry!! Yes, he made a grown man tear up in shame. I loved it!! That Emrich blow hole Lee has screwed me over several times and refuses to put a pen to paper on our behalf. He got exactly what he deserved!!! Eric does more to inform us and help us than all the stewards combined. Except for Bill DuBois. He made Brab tear up at your Peppermints rally and Lee wet his pants when confronted with facts. Who is next? Kraft is starting to look a little different now a days. Can't wait to see the RTTF ticket clean house in a fair election!!!

I was given this forum by KraftySniper and after going back and reading a few pages, all I gotta say is WOW!! I'm also guilty of not knowing we had so many members and other facilities held hostage by this Toole clown and Em-stench!! Barb, Lee and Deb have been of zero service to me too!! I came outta the bathroom at one point and saw/heard the exchange between Eric and Lee. it was f'n classic!! That fat little troll got exactly what he deserved. This guy is as fat as he is round and claims to be an ex Navy Seal. This same dope also stated to Eric that "I know nothing about our 401k program or how to negotiate it, so I'm not even in it". So my retirement options and pay increases are dependant on a mindless ***** who doesn't understand what he is there to negotiate???!!! No wonder life here at Kraft is so f'd up!! Hey Em-stench....in case you read this forum, you are only successful at one thing, and that is keeping a bunch of mindless idiots completely mindless!! I did not make the Peppermints function but you can bet I WILL be at the next one. I did vote for the Blue Team and I will vote for anyone who can look me in the eye and promise to get these zombie stew-tards (I love that name. So appropiate)out of their steward positions. You Blue Team guys are in good here thanks to Eric. If this local really turns around I may actually show up to clam bake. Just promise me I won't be greeted by dopes like Barb, Donny, Lee, Deb or even Em-stench!! :-)

We are wearing Amanda's panties you Victoria's Secret model. Do you dress up for your ghostposts on hall time, Chris? You Silence of the Lambs freak you, still thinking calling us effeminate works. Why don't you ask the judge what color panties he is wearing when you go to court 5/9? Ask Trish what color panties she is wearing then accuse her of lying. Can't wait to see the collusive duo collapse.

What's wrong Chris Toole? You don't like facts? It's not like you actually show up at Kraft unless you are campaigning or showing up with Mazza to tell us that if we vote no then that means strike. Or McDonalds is hiring if we don't like it at Kraft. Sound familiar fat ass?!!! We remember and Emrich can go pound salt too!!!

There was recently a Tool sighting in Avon at Kraft, I guess Tool requested an adjournment using Kraft as an excuse. What jury wouldn't see through that stonewalling? "Hey, I'm just doing my job, I'm not colluding with anybody, I don't submit receipt explanations from bars with Joe Gilroy's name on it." They were probably negotiating back then and now Tool wants to see how Emrich let things get so off track, plus strike a little fear into the zombie stewtards. Eric must have been running his mouth with those factual statistics again. Tool is there to say sorry Joe, Eric doesn't know what he is talking about remember, we had a deal. John, can you get us some coffee and napkins, a couple waters? So Joe, what can I give up? We gotta hurry on this, I gotta be back in Buffalo soon.

Wow I can't believe what I'm reading, I heard a Wegmans brother called the hall to ask about a grievance and Michelle told him Bill Allen was in the hospital. He said, "I'm not calling about that, I was wondering about my grievance." Then yet another veteran Wegmans worker is denied his arbitration rights, a UPS driver gets blackballed for being a minute late. Toole has time to go negotiate Kraft though, how long is he going to drag it out to stay out of court. Will Toole go in the "hospital" too? Sooner or later he will run out of cheap stall tactics, he is hoping it drags on so long that it gets dismissed. There is a reason he wants to stay out of court, isn't there? Either way, we should be hearing from Dolly and Jimmy in a few weeks. Apparently they sold ad space to pay for that campaign propaganda flyer, it was probably printed by the same contractor that does regular Teamster magazines, those photos make good targets for arrows, darts, and bullets, think I'll make a few hundred color copies.

Wow, heard that Tool/M-wreck settled on 4 2.5% raises and that the members voted for it. I guess Tool has to go back to court now that negotiations are over? Maybe he'll burn the hall down to drag this out longer? He is going to try something, he knows Chris Camelio's charges have merit- his actions prove it. The question is how is Tool going to try to jam the gears of justice next?

We have not voted on it yet. The stewards approved the deal, except for Bill DuBois. He stated that Kraft stock closed at an all time high this week. Emrich and a couple stew-tards got pissed at him and it was over. He is only 1 against 11 others. His voice has no shot. I heard some other stew-tards on break today m-f'n him real good because they know Eric is helping him. They were talking about how to try to keep Eric out of the roll out meetings so the contract will just get voted in. Bill did what he could but these other stew-tards are really bad news and we have all had enough!! I'm not hearing a lot of support for this agreement.
