Our O-AT-KA brothers and sisters voted down the B.S. agreement presented by Tool and ****witz and negotiated by Emrich!! No raises for our union memebers, paid lunches taken away for some members but management will pick up some of the medical. Approx 20 new union memebers were allowed to vote. They have been there less than 2 weeks. Management told them that if a strike were to happen and they did not cross the picket line then they would be fired!! Emrich, Tool and ****witz never said a word to that! The voting was done in full view of management (after listening to their threats with the Stooges present)behind a supervisors office. And I thought we got a$$ banged here at Kraft!! It looks like Hots-N-the-Lot was a giant waste of time for team ****witz!!

Wow I guess Team Pupowitz has egg on their faces now after assuring O-At-Ka management that the contract would pass- it has to, after all Team Pupowitz fed them hot dogs with their own dues money, what could possibly go wrong.? Now Tool and Emrich are upset that they couldn't shove the O-At-Ka contract down their throats and have to go to the table again. Remember Kevin McIntosh and the 25+ terminated stewards sat through over 700 hours of negotiations, do you think Team Pupowitz is capable of that? Now Tool will lay a guilt trip on them for how much he spent (or didn't spend) to have Bob Boreanaz peruse the contract. Not to mention give up more stuff to teach "those Blue Team supporters a lesson", because Tool interprets everything politically. Hey, in his mind, he "fought hard" to get them a contract, and if they want to keep voting it down, they should go on strike and get the Howard's "lost cause" treatment.
It's a blessing in disguise letting the O-At-Ka brothers see what total pieces of crap they have for representation. Those were the most expensive hot dogs they will ever have in their lives- it makes NFL hot dog prices look like Wal-Mart. Maybe somebody will step up to the plate and sue them for collusion. Keep your fingers crossed that DOL ousts our Executive Board and the Blue Team does get to negotiate their contract. I imagine Boreanaz is sick of Tool's crap too, but he can just bill more hours- I thought Tool didn't need no stinkin' lawyer, oh he will for DOL charges, today is the big day.

The latest twist is that John Emrich is having a federal mediator come in, but are we surprised? Emrich never wanted to do his job to begin with, now he has someone to blame if the contract goes south. Or he can blame Boreanaz too. Emrich spent more time Turtle waxing Tool's truck for the parade than he did on the O-At-Ka contract. Once again Tool is being a hypocrite, he critcized Kevin McIntosh for having federal mediators at Wegmans. Maybe Emrich is in "over his head"? Like Tool he can't see over his belly without a periscope, besides nobody likes lukewarm hotsauce on their hot dogs. Plain and simple, Emrich doesn't care, he is getting his $90k a year taking union vehicles to Delta Sonic, plus Chris and Paulie won't say anything if he gets a few dozen donuts here and there- hypocrites again, they would not ley Kevin McIntosh live starbucks down.
Yep they know it is going to be a $^)!ty contract and are just setting the federal mediator to take the blame. It's the federal mediator's fault there are no raises, hey I heard Team Markwitz had an awesome turnout like 15-20 people Executive Board families included. I heard Lovely Warren was laughing at us. Thanks Chris.

Judging from the crossed arms and lack of enthusiasm, I'd venture a guess that maybe O-At-Ka brothers were skeptical about Paulie's presentation?? You can almost predict the vote based on body language alone. They want raises, they got hot dogs instead. It's a blessing in disguise that they get to see our crap leadership first hand, it sucks that their futures hang in the balance due to the professional incompetence of our officers. Come on DOL get rid of these clowns once and for all.Attachments:
