SOUNDS LIKE TOOLE AND EMICH PROMISED THE STEW-TARDS SOMETHING TO PASS THE CONTRACT. THE MEMBERS WILL MAKE THAT DECISION. JUST LIKE WEGMANS TRYING TO KEEP THE GOOD PEOPLE OUT.

Forktruck, your contract agreement will probably follow suit with Wegmans and Greece Centrals CA. These clowns in office just want to breeze through these negotiations just like they do the monthly meetings so they can enjoy the summer off. Instead of making things easier for the membership and bettering this Union, they are finding ways to make it almost impossible, outside of driving all the way up to the Union Hall during working hours in the hopes that someone that can answer your questions will be there. They have removed the online forms from the Local 118 website so they don't have to take on that responsibility, they removed all the knowledgeable stewards that understood the INTENT of the newly negotiated contract language and replaced them with stewards, in my opinion, that are going to take a while to get to the point the other stewards were at as far as knowledge, experience, and fortitude to push back when management has that 'I don't care what the contract says' attitude. Paul stated several times that he is committed to making this a better Union, but it takes time. How long? Gene was making changes when he took over the presidency, that week. Nothing that comes out of any of Executive Boards' mouths is the truth, they say what they think we want to hear to try to pacify everyone until they coast to the next meeting in the hopes that everyone will forget by then. I said this at a General Membership meeting to John Shmitt, "I understand that a lot of complaints that come from the floor at the meetings are from Wegmans members, but you can bet your ass that management from a lot of the smaller barns are paying attention to what is in the news and in the papers about our contract negotiations, and are paying very close attention. We are here, not only fighting for one of the biggest and toughest contracts in Wegmans history, but to try to lay the ground work for the other barns that were facing upcoming contract negotiations." I don't think a lot of members understood what I meant by that, (and thank you for the support from the ones that did even though we didn't fare to well) but are now experiencing it first hand and are starting to understand now that they are in or recently out of negotiations with this new Executive Board. According to Chris and Paul, they would have negotiated a much better contract for us. Even though we will never know how they would have done, I say they would have done way worse, just by looking at the way hey have conducted themselves as so called leaders of our Union. Mass terminations with no fight, banning seasoned stewards from meetings when it's on record that Paul stated he was a great steward and knew his stewards job well, refusing to enforce contract language even when it is blatantly disregarded, and refusing to take on and resolve grievances. The old Chris Toole way was to show up at Wegmans (when he was our business agent) go right to the transportation managers office and discuss what grievances they were going to deny and which ones to discuss further. He also allowed the transportation manager to take the grievances directly instead of handing them in to get dated and numbered, that way there was no timeline to resolve the grievance or no log that one was even handed in. Thank You President Delorme for insisting Wegmans change their policy on grievance handling when I brought it to your attention, because Chris told me in front of my whole shift not to be a martyr. I don't know why he doesn't just get a Wegmans uniform and nametag. So I would love someone to prove me wrong and tell me exactly what this new Executive Board has done since being in office that has helped or bettered this Local, or they have diligently fought for and represented any of it's members, or anyone that is 100% satisfied with their contract that they have negotiated or are currently negotiating? I'll even entertain Chris's ghost posts just give me some proof so that I can follow up on it and then once again prove you're a habitual liar.

Wow Tool is bragging on Facebook that the Kraft contract passed 4-1, so in his campaign, it's automatically a good contract. Just because you get duped into voting for something does not mean you made a wise decision. But I bet Tool is glad that the contract is behind him so he can enjoy the summer, he was so eager to shove the contract up their ass that Emrich didn't have time to spread the Vaseline. Meanwhile over twenty guys at Wegmans are wondering if they are going to get their jobs back. If Tool was any kind of fighter he would have told Kraft the truth that the contract was a piece of @#$%, Kraft could do better, Eric had all the proof they needed to ask for a lot more. Emrich told him to shut the f-!& up. Goes to show you how much Tool cares about the members, gotta stick that knife in before Dolly takes that knife away.

Well it did pass. Emrich's head goon, Don Williams spread lies to all the new hires, saying if they voted it down then all the benefits will go to the senior membership. Don and Emrich were the vote counters too. So can the vote really be accurate?? 8 guys in the Engine really got screwed over by this contract. If Kraft folks really voted this in, then they get what they get. But this whole thing stinks of Toole and company collusion. I hope we hear from the DOL soon and our Wegmans brothers can get back to work and all the self serving ********s in this local will either be in jail or removed from office and then the membership can see how a union should act!

This contract passed because Chris Toole launched threats at us. He stated in the rollout meeting that if we did not vote this in then all our retro pay will not be in the next proposal. We have a lot of new people and that really scared them. I know and saw Eric trying his best to educate as many as possible but Chris was kinda a bully. The details of this contract are fishy and I think it's going to bite us all in the a$$! I asked Eric when the elections are going to happen and he said the DOL asked for an extention for more in depth investigations. I can't say enough that I hope now more than ever, that a new slate of folks takes out this current regime and PLEASE........GET RID OF THESE LOUSY KRAFT STEW-TARDS!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS!!! Eric, if you read this, I'm hearing that you are hot in the crosshairs again, now that this contract is behind us. Just an FYI

Too bad more guys didn't have the balls to vote no, you might have had to give up retro pay but Tool would have made an example of a couple stewtards by terminating them. But even Tool being so quick on the draw to give something up if he has to go back to the table should tell you something. True you got a @--tty contract, but everyone saw Tool's true colors, should make Eric's job a lot easier. Now his supporters should call him with questions and see if he returns the calls. Can he get a cellphone signal out on the lake? Plus Emrich must have felt embarrassed by his boss, but he likes being $85,000 donut/carwash boy.
Remember, Tool didn't say he'd get you more, he threatened to give stuff up- sounds like him and Joe already planned for the contingency of a "no" vote.

I'm back and fielding questions all night. Got Toole's message that I'm a coward......blah, blah, blah. The setup for destruction by a piss poor contract is very clear. It really must be easy for Toole to bully the mindless (like our stewards). Real bang up job explaining the benefits our contract. I'm a coward but he can't even explain language to the membership! Yep....thank you for making it so much easier to explain how incompetent and self serving Toole & his merry tribe of Metro Park *****s are.

The first question about the vote is, was the ballot box empty when the padlock was put on? Second, did Tool/Emrich lock the box and give the key to a "trusted" person, did Tool/Emrich make copies of the keys? Much much easier to pull off a proxy scam. Like getting a plate of mystery meat and being told eat it or starve. Nothing about the circumstances suggests that this Vote or negotiations were democratic. Tool, Emrich, and Joe arrived at exactly the contract that they had agreed to before any stewards were involved. It's creating the illusion that this is what most people want, when exactly the opposite is true. It is the same attempt by all power to subvert and marginalize popular will, keep us fighting with each other while they consolidate their control of our economy and daily lives. We are seeing the manifestation of dictatorship in both Local 118 and the IBT, a literal class war of officers vs. the members. What needs to happen is the worker bees need to STING anyone only interested in the honey. Bottom line, Tool believes it is HIS money, no doubt monthly statements from Chase can prove that.

Congratulations on 1000 views!!! More people read this website than read his glossy campaign flyer magazine. I heard some interesting info about Toole sending a whining letter to JC46 and JC46 sending a letter back, more details when available, perhaps this would nullify the Kraft contract as well as the Wegmans contract? Hey Brewski, that meme is awesome. Do you have one for more than a thousand views? Meadows thread WWW.CHRISTOOLE.COM has over 4,200 views and keeps growing, do they have one for that? That has to piss Toole off. That's the Locals membership right there.

I did create one for 2,000 views but a post has to get 2,000 views to see it. It should be somewhere in the CHRISTOOLE.com post, but I know I saw it in the Kevin Mac post too, it's a cat.. Above that, I haven't made any larger, but when what is going on behind the scenes is made public, I may have to make MUCH larger memes, like for 10k, 25k, 50k etc. Big numbers drive Toole crazy, the Integrity Slate website got over 40,000 hits before it was taken down. We should be prepared to see some big numbers in a month's time...

Wow, a thousand views, I created a monster!! Never thought one post could be read by all those people. I certainly hope those same people can see what Tool and his dwindling gaggle of supporters. Wow I heard a chirp chirp that Paul Markwitz was over at 1500 Brooks yesterday, Bill Allen in tow. They weren't there to settle grievances, just tell a couple lackeys that Dolly's investigation was going nowhere and not to worry about it (and I take credit for coining the term "Dolly", I know it drives Tool batsiht crazy). Wow did a certain letter from MN circulate? So show up to Wegmans so you can deny it? Is that a good way to spend the members' time/money? Wow Tool bulldozed through Kraft negotiations so he could send his puppets to run interference/do damage control? Why doesn't Tool face his demons at Wegmans and show up? What is he afraid of there? That a thousand brothers know he is reponsible for all this bullsiht? Like, did they already kick him out in 2011 for too many unsettled grievances? Sounds like things are like this all over the pond, even in Hanson Phelps, Scott Maslyn was terminated for passing stickers out. So who takes his place? Someone with less experience and knowledge? WTF sense does that make>?

I heard they weren't even there for that. Many members there said they just observed them walking around with Bill Allen pointing things out to President #2, like show and tell for the incompetent. Everyone believes because they didn't conduct business there like they should have, that it was more of a political move to let the members see them walking around this way they can say "see we were at Wegmans handling the issues at hand" To late kids, everyone got a good taste of how you handle things and conduct yourselves, at last months general meeting, and the word is spreading like wildfire! You need a HUGE mop to clean up this mess that Presidents 1 & 2 created, OR A NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD! I'd go with the latter of the two!
